Loved - A note on the dryness reviews

I actually LOVE this lip oil stain. The color was gorgeous and I loved the way it looked both wet and as it dried. I’m a big fan of the brand and have loved every product I’ve used. I was so sad when I noticed this lip oil was drying out my lips to the point of nonstop peeling and cracking. I did a little research and found that it was likely i was allergic to an ingredient. As it turns out Limonene is the culprit. Wanted to share since I see a lot of reviews mentioning the dryness, could be a similar issue. Sadly, this ingredient is apparently just for fragrance, which is disappointing as it could be omitted making it more moisturizing for more people if that’s the case.

I’m on my 4th purchase of the color Honesty. It is the PERFECT everyday shade on my Asian skin for work days. It is incredibly wearable and wears down to the stain so well. I apply once in the AM and once after eating lunch as a refresh. I can’t recommend this product enough and am always surprised there’s not more influencer hype about it!
