Bottle packaging sucks

I love this formula so much but I just returned my second bottle because of the intense amount of leakage. The packaging really sucks and Ilia didn’t replace the first faulty bottle I had.

Great product, awful packaging

This product is great. I’d love to keep it as part of my routine but it makes a mess every time I use it. You have to shake the bottle to mix the product but then it gets all over when you’re using it. I barely see a product in the dropper at all. It is a waste of money.
