Made my hair fall out. Buyer beware.

I chose this product as my 'birthday gift' with an order of other products (all of which I love). I have a bit of thinning hair already due to perimenopause so thought i would try this brand as a sample as it is sold at my salon. The packaging is cute and the smell is great but I've used it 3x now and my hair has just started to fall out more after every wash...i see hair all over my bathroom now, in the shower, in the sink, on the floor...it's ridiculous... After the first use it just left my hair very dry and brittle, not nice to even touch or run your fingers through....even after skipping the conditioner and just using the hair mask (and I used everything as recommended) ....it just left my hair extremely dry and now its falling out WAY worse than before....I'm throwing the samples out.

The best shampoo

Omg I have never had such an amazing shampoo it’s crazy my hair has never been softer I cannot recommend this shampoo enough even after the first wash I saw a difference it’s so soft and feel so clean
