Better than expected!

By far the best Kiehl's face mask I've tried. After cleansing I leave this on for about 10 minutes, and then remove with warm water and a wash cloth. Granted the Cranberry seeds in this don't do much for exfoliating (I use a separate scrub for that) and are a bit of a nuisance to remove, but when the results are mattified clearer skin, smaller pores and a nice glow, its a small trade off. I use this just twice a week as I find it can be drying when used any more than that. A good clay mask that has the bonus of not needing to be timed, well at least not in my case, as my skin starts to tingle and I realize that means its time to take it off!
