A must-have in my routine!

I love this toner it is so hydrating and leaves my skin feeling so soft plz buy!

Not a toner

The formula does not act like a true toner is supposed to. This leaves a filmy residue on my skin rather than wipe away excess cleanser and oils. I could not add a moisturizer on top of this, but had to wash this off.
