Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the BB and CC cream in Nude and Dore respectively. For the BB creme I went off the colour matcher from the website and although it is a lovely texture, the colour is a bit dull for me and probably the Dore would be better - or a mix of the 2 - to brighten up my face a bit. I bought the CC cream for summer as thought I would have a bit more colour then but actually it is good now too but a bit thin for winter really and i prefer a bit more coverage until summer. I love the BB cream texture as the consistency is lovely - so nice to wear - even though the shade isnt perfect. My main criticism is trying to get testers to see what colour would suit - I went to 3 stores in the Trafford Centre Manchester as I knew they stocked it and none of them had any testers or would give me some product in a little pot so I could try it on my face. Boots was especially bad as the girl said testers were for people buying products but I explained that I wanted to try the colours as I was new to the brand. Testers are for exactly that surely? Luckily she didnt put me off and I went ahead and bought from the website without knowing what shade would suit and now the problem is that the shade is not quite right. It is not cheap so this may put people off. Regardless of this, I really like the texture but it would be better if you could provide testers in future. I will buy again but with so many brands out there, this would be my main criticism of the brand as surely you want to gain new customers to what is a lovely skincare/foundation.
