Non-greasy dewy finish
First, I have combo acne prone skin. I’m 41. I use the day cream in the morning with Shiseido’s clarifying foaming wash, and this as my night cream. I wake up in the morning looking refreshed. Even using this during the day and in the summer months it doesn’t break me out. It evens out redness and it’s just an overall great product worth the money. I’ve tried other brands, but this really has made a huge difference. No dry patches, no pores, no oil slicks. And at 41 between filling in my light brows and some chapstick I literally go through my day makeup free and look better at 41 than I did 10 years ago. It’s not going to miraculously make the fine lines disappear, but your skin looks blurred and less parched. Try it. You won’t be disappointed unless you’re either being frugal (wait for a sale or use Klarna) or expecting a miracle. (Sorry ladies we have to work with what we got) There is a very light scent but I find it fresh and doesn’t irritate my eyes or sensitive skin.

Heavily Scented
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t used this long enough to say, but the scent really got to me. It feels alright, not as hydrating as I thought. I’m not sure I’ll continue to use it, it’s too heavily scented. I love other Shiseido products though.
