Disappointed with Sephora service

As you can see how expensive it is, but still, I have not received any single sample size product from Sephora. Sephora service is worse in Qatar. It doesn’t matter. I have gold card but still then never offered even the sample size product. Very disappointed I wasted so much money on Sephora now I will not shop with Sephora anymore because they always do the same. It doesn’t matter if I am buying any simple product or the Dyson they never give even the sample size product or any benefit so what’s the reason to waste money on Sephora?
