Rich and moisturizing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eye cream might be the mvp of this collection - it’s super rich and moisturizing. I’ve been applying it every evening and have noticed my under eyes seem much plumper and brighter. I usually rub any extra product in to my “eleven” lines between my brows and I really think they’re diminished too!
