Not waterproof at all!

Minutes after leaving the house, the brow would start beading, and I would have to dab it away, or it would just evaporate. It is a liquid eyeliner mascarading as a brow pen. I do not use it as an eyeliner either because it does not stay, not waterproof. What a wasted purchase.

The packaging was amazing! the scent is very mild but not too much! The value is excellent. pigmentation was perfect and the application was amazing.
