Smooth

This Brow define was easy use, goes on great to define eye brows. I use it first then use powdered eye brown pencil. They work great with each other, good look that stays on.

I compared it to a drug-store brow pencil of a very similar dark brown shade. I have to admit it is better quality since the shade more closely matches my hair color and pairs well with my skin tone. Many pencils tend to wash me out since they are too dark or flat but this one doesn't do that. I could definitely see myself purchasing this item in the future.
