Deep blue eyeliner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed with this eyeliner for tight lining. It doesn’t smudge, it survives the whole day, and the deep blue shade ended up being way more wearable than I expected. I thought it might be too bold, but it actually gives my eyes a really pretty boost without looking harsh.

Fabulous colors and stays on. I LOVE. THIS. PENCIL!! My eyes are sensitive and I worry about wearing anything on my eyes. The Valentino pencil works really well.
