Dramatic cat eye

I can create a dramatic cat eye with the Valentino Gel Eyeliner Pencil. The application process is flawless and delivers a perfect line without smudging or lack of color. I remove the eyeliner with oil based eye makeup remover with ease and then using warm water and a makeup remover towel by holding over my eyes for 30 seconds.

Gentle on the eyes and does not budge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What isn’t to love about this Valentino gel, eyeliner pencil it goes on so smooth yeah it instantly adhere to your skin and stays there I ran a test on my hand before putting it on my eyes. I rubbed it almost within 10 seconds of putting it on my hand and it did not budge. The gel eyeliner glides on so smooth that it does not tug on my delicate eyelids, which is something that I for in my make up routine because as I’m aging my skin around my eyes has been getting very sensitive and saggy so it’s great to have a product like this that I know will always deliver excellent results without having to put in a crazy amount and effort to get there. Thank you Influenster for partnering with Valentino on this wonderful product I will absolutely be buying this in many colors
