Beautiful Eyeliner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this eyeliner. The color is a beautiful shimmery navy that is not super shiny, but still draws attention to your eyes. It goes on smoothly and the staying power is really great. I love the brush on the other side. It is really nice to use to smudge a very thin line of eyeliner. Overall very impressed and I’d love another color!
