Leaves a sticky feeling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it leaves a sticky feeling. Perhaps would be good under concealer or foundation.

I liked the discontinued lotion that this took the place of. This formula broke my skin out and is not as hydrating. I bought two thinking I'd like it but don't touch them.
