Best kohl  pencil I’ve seen! Just beautiful

Gorgeous pencil. I love to put the dark eye pencil on the waterline as well as smudging it.  This is a gorgeous and very dark kohl like the product suggests.  it really creates the smoldering eye effect and is absolutely the best eye pencil I’ve ever used.  it does take some work to Remove. And you definitely want to remove as much of it as you can before sleep so it doesn’t clog the eyes or cause any eye issues. I love to wear this on weekends and definitely suggest it for that dramatic makeup look that we all love once in a while
