Foundation Purchase and Exchange Request

I had a very disappointing experience at Jimi Mall while purchasing a foundation. The sales lady who assisted me was not professional and selected a shade that does not match my skin tone at all. I even requested a sample first to make sure the color was suitable, but she insisted that the shade was correct for me. After trying the product at home several times, I realized the color is completely unsuitable. I sent an email requesting an exchange, but unfortunately my request has been ignored. This level of customer service is very disappointing and does not reflect the professional service customers usually experience in Europe or Dubai branches.
