TERRIBLE

Just arrived a couple hours ago and I decided to try it out over my existing makeup from this morning, I didn’t initially smell the product until I already applied it under my under eyes and was getting whiffs of this string odor. IT REEKS AND SMELLS EXPIRED. I even asked my mom and she agreed it smells old. My under eyes are now feeling irritated and burning now I’m so mad
