Extra-Firming Emulsion

This is the first time I have used it. I think it is a bit too light in texture. It may be better to use in Summer but may not be it Winter notwithstanding that I have already had comination skin. I think it may suit me more if apply the Extra-Firming Cream.

Twice as much but no SPF

Sadly this product is not SPF 15 as per the website. I opened the product and used it a few times before it was clear, Clarins had made a mistake! So, the day before my holiday I have no sensible moisturiser, in-fact no moisturiser to take. Nice Clarins CS rep says I can use it, it’s their mistake and she’ll send me some goodies to compensate for the inconvenience and will send SPF15 version in post. Excellent but why ask for me to return the used product?? It will simply be destroyed. Leave it with me rather than send me the 3 feeble little giveaways. It’s so very disappointing and in all honesty, just mean. It’s Clarins mistake, not mine so hold your hands up and stop being tight! Oh, it’s a lovely moisturiser btw
