The scent is gone!

I've been using the Extra range for around 15 years through various reformulations, and one of the things I loved the most about this cream was the gorgeous scent. I recently opened my latest refill to find the scent gone! Why does BB keep reformulating this cream despite numerous complaints from customers?? I didn't mind the last reformulation even though the richness of the cream wasn't the same as before; I kept buying it. But now the unique scent is gone, after 15 years it's probably time to move on unfortunately.

Discoloured cream received

I have used the original product for years, love all BB product have a quite a selection. The latest one received had a brownish skim on top. Like a cream gone off. Not something I would want to apply near my eyes. When I contacted BB I got a virtual bot on WhatsApp who advised me to use it anyway. When I asked for a replacement (after I send this one back) it said, no use, the new one would be the same as they are safe to use.
