The best so far
I tried many lash primers but I keep going back to Urban Decay as it so far the best. Eyeshadow remains all day the same as when you applied it, even in hot humid weather. Also it enhances eyeshadow colours and make them more intense and vibrant. The applicator is easy to use and little goes all the way. Works with eyeliners too. Strongly recommended.
