Good but could be better - depends on ur skin type
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Fenty Skin Fat Water Niacinamide Toner Serum was decent for my dry skin—not super hydrating, but I’d still use it as a step in my routine. Paired with a good lotion, it might feel more moisturizing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually really love this toner. It’s the perfect consistency, and it dries really fast. Instantly it made my skin glow and feels like and hydrating. I can see that it helped with my pores and also you can feel it tightening your skin (but not that stiff feeling). And also the smell is DELICIOUS. Overall I really liked this
