café latte where?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very picky with lavender notes, so I was hoping it was subtle in this fragrance but, unfortunately, it's not; it's all I can smell in the opening. When the lavender finally dies down, the base notes start to develop but all I get is a chocolatey musk. It's nice, the chocolate isn't too sweet at all, but that's all I get. I don't get café latte, or sandalwood or anything, it's very linear and I was excited for a coffee skin-scent. I do love that the freedom line is more "toned down" because kayali fragrances are usually too beast-mode vanilla for me to enjoy, but they could've made this way more coffee forward instead of lavender, of all notes. Super disappointing. The chocolatey musk does smell nice, and it lasts well into the next day. It's a yummy, comforting scent but I can find one that isn't so lavender-y in the opening and actually has detectable coffee notes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly, this opens with lavender front and center. I'm very picky with lavender notes so I was really disappointed, I don't get any of the top notes at all. Then (some of) the base notes start to develop. I get a bit of rose, which I'm also not a fan of, but mostly chocolate and musk. The chocolate isn't overly sweet, but that's all the fragrance is: a chocolatey musk. I don't get the café latte, or sandalwood, nothing. Lavender that turns into chocolate musk might be appealing to some but it's a bit linear for me and I don't like lavender so I can find a better chocolatey musk elsewhere
