I would never anything directly from Shiseido.

Product is good but the shipping is awful. This is the 2nd time in 2 months i ordered from Sisheido and both times, the package was delayed without any timely estimated delivery date. Both times the product did not arrive 2 weeks later, an/or more than 9-10 business days. You would think for an expensive product of over $200 each time, Shiseido should use a better shipping company. Finally, it is impossible to reach a live person for help. The only thing you have for help is a chat with a virtual chatbot that only gives general and useless answer.

Amazing I love this stuff! People think I get Botox and I don't. I know it's expensive but less than Botox! So worth it!!
