[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tinted lip balm has an orange-brown hue that makes lips look fresher and provides good hydration. The brush tip makes it easy to apply evenly. It has a light fragrance. The transparent design allows you to clearly see the color of the product inside. I usually apply a very thin layer over matte lipstick to make my lips look plumper without altering the original lipstick color.
