I ordered the same brush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the same brush a year ago and it is not the same quality. The brush I just received does not have stiff Brussels. I’m very disappointed at how soft it is and does not grip my hair. Can you go back to the original design?

No Grip

The brush is very lightweight, which I like. However, there’s no grip between the brush and hair. I have to put my blow dryer down, pick up a section of hair, wrap it around the brush, and then get the blow dryer going again. You can’t just freely blow dry your hair with this round brush because you have to stop and put the hair on the brush.
