Nice highlighter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful design. It blended nicely into my skin, suitable for my pale skin type. It had a lot in it, and was a great finish for a done up makeup look.

Very Pigmented

I got the IRL angel highlighter and it is so pigmented and bright. I have to put it on my face first, then the foundation. It blends smoothly and it feels nice on the face.
