Not hydrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Although the packaging of this product is very nice looking, I was disappointed in the actual product. I didn’t find it very hydrating, so it’s not ideal for dry hands or winter use. I also did not enjoy the smell which was very mature.
