Really Good Eye Cream!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] E.l.f. Cosmetics Holy Hydration! Eye Cream is an effective Cream for under your eyes that I use each night after my bath. It helps dark circles and hydrates very well. I really love this eye cream!

Best eye cream!
I love this eyecream. It moisturizers so well. The bags and dry spots under my eyes are gone! I use every night before bed.
