Disappointed

I'm so disappointed with this Chanel mascara. It is extremely dry, difficult to apply and leaves dark smudge marks under the eyes by the end of the day. I only use Chanel make up and all of it is exquisite but this is awful. Maybe I got a dud batch? Will not repurchase.
