Product really weighs down hair

After using the whole line for a couple weeks as directed , I'm disappointed to say that the products have made my hair limp and feel weaker and thinner. It goes past smoothing and weighs down my hair. My hair normally holds heat styles very well, but with this line every style falls down and it has no body.

Not great, sadly

This product seems to create some kind of coating on my hair which stays past a few washes. Immediately after the first wash off of the product, my hair feels weirdly like plastic and wouldn’t say it actually reduces frizz. It seems to make my hair less soft. Will be returning.
