Best Applicator Ever!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Although I didn't notice any "plumping" effect after a few weeks of use, I must say this is the best feeling lip applicator I've ever tried! It feels so soft and comforting on the lips.

Was worried this gloss would be sticky and it is NOT! The sparkle is subtle enough that it isn't obvious but when applied with just lip liner, brings out a stunning reflective brightness; no color needed!
