It could just be mine, but it was dry the second I opened it. Barely any product on the wand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this tubing mascara!! My mascara stays all day and doesn’t smear even in this hot heat! I truly have never tried a mascara that doesn’t leave residue even while removing makeup. Would recommend.
