[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okayyy, I’m obsessed! This lip liner goes on SO smooth and creamy without tugging on my lips. The pigmentation is really pretty, and I love that I can use it to outline AND fill in my entire lips.It gives that perfect defined, fuller-looking lip without feeling dry or heavy.
