Broke third time used

The balm broke the third time I used it, which was disappointing. So my review for the product when I could apply it is: it did make my lips soft and helped minimize lines when I wore lipstick over it. This shade goes on clear, so I had to wear lipstick over it got have any color.

Whoever made this, God bless you - haha. Stunning sheer color, hydrating formula (i’m a picky broad), smells great, great formula, and beautiful/sturdy/secure packaging. Worth the expense.
