Bad packaging
I just got mine delivered and it was broken (plastic that covers cream eyeshadow) and all they said we will refund you 63 QR.. bad experience overall i was so excited to get my palette in good condition now its ruined

Color bomb but the packaging needs work.
Very pigmented. Great colors in both warm and cool. Only negative is the formula is very soft and leaves brush marks. Like other reviewers I too have lost pans. Needs better adhesive.
