Dirty upon when opened for the first time

The palette showed up like this, it came dusty, dirty, the shade pots look like they were pushed in poorly and without caution. It’s hard to see in the photo clearly. It doesn’t look like it’s been used, but I am not impressed so far.

Its okay its very pricey but not too pigmented and lasting and I find there is a lot of fall out
