Unfortunately I'd pass

I used to LOVE this eyeliner but I think they refomulated and now my NYX eyeliner is 10x better unfortunately. This smudges BAD and is not cry/watery eye friendly like it used to be 😭

One of my favorites

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanna give this product five stars so badly but unfortunately, it dries out quickly for my liking. But I love how dark black the liner is and how fine the tip is on the pen. I feel like I get the best winged liner with this product. Just wish it lasted longer and wasn’t so mad.
