Pretty ok but burns my eyes

don't get me wrong; the product does its job. It removes makeup pretty well and all my stubborn eyeliner, but the smell is way stronger than I thought, and it also irritates and burns my eyes so much and makes me cry (I swear I'm not rubbing it in my eyes). I saw a lot of positive reviews, so I had hopes for it, but this isn't my favorite. it's like the ordinary oat cleansing balm texture-wise but has way more scent and makeup, removing power.

A must have makeup remover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This removed my makeup effortlessly! It was so silky smooth and smelled amazing. It also rinsed off really well. I have very sensitive skin and I appreciated everything about this makeup remover.
