Silky smooth and light on your lips
This was the first lipstick by ELF that I have purchased and I am very pleased. The texture is great and you can hardly feel it on your lips. Plus the color is very vibrant and dense-but the texture is so delightful, I ended up laying it on when I didn’t need to because I love the feel of it!
