Great Formula
Great staying power and wonderful creamy formula. I have struggled with so many lip liners in the past and tower 28’s formula is a breeze to work with. I will be purchasing this one again! It doesn’t dry out my lips or settle in fine lines in unflattering ways! Love love love!
