dry skin must have!!
i have tried every hyped up powder on the market; but this is IT!! if you have dry skin, GET THIS!! SERIOUSLY! it is lightweight, gives a perfect smooth creaseless undereye, and lasts all day without clinging to dry patches. it is perfection!!
