The consistency and smell are great! Not too thick. This stuff actually works with reducing vertical lines on lips!!

Not Deeply Hydrating But Looks Nice

As someone with very dry lips that can crack, this does a nice job of improving the appearance but it doesn’t moisturize to the point the dead skin is easier to remove from my lips. After removal, the dry skin is still pretty dry and stuck on as if the moisture of the lip balm is superficial. I prefer the ole lip balms, jack black and Patrick ta lip mask that tend to deeply hydrate. This one is lighter in texture so it’s nice when you don’t want anything too heavy but definitely not first choice when my lips are very chapped. Also, it does get a bit grainy but after rubbing your lips together the grains tend to dissipate.
