Great eye primer

I got this on sale and love it! I don’t see any difference between this one and the Urban Decay classic eye primer. Both go on sheer and dry down without creasing; I just put it on and pat all over my eye with my ring finger and wait til it dries. It works amazingly well!

Exactly as it claims, this made eyeshadow budge-proof on my hooded eyelids for the entire day and colours really popped!
