So hyped, hair falling out

I have been using the shampoo and thought I’d give it a good solid try. My hair has been falling out like crazy and this only helped that along. When using, I give a good scrub then rise and wash again. I always feel like there is build up. It gives ZERO volume.

Not what I hoped for

The rosemary was overpowering. Needed more vanilla. Slimy for traveling. Will not purchase again. Dried my hair out.
