causes rashes on problem skin

Used to be a holy grail until formula/shade change

This was my holy grail for sculpting- it was the perfect cool-tone, blendability, pigment/colour quality, held full coverage for a full day without any changes on texture/tone/pigment. I don't use any other contour product but this one and bronzing powder on top. I was incredibly disappointed Milk seems to have changed the formula/shade because all of the Toasted shade appears warmer-toned with packaging malfunctions.
