Love love, love this! I

Love love, love this! I use it under my eyes and on my eyelid as a base for my eyeshadow if I’m wearing it, or as a eyeshadow itself. It has just the right amount of shimmer to hide dark circles and give your eyes a brightening lift. One of my favorite products from Tarte for sure!
