Solid, use more than expected for color pop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is firm, not really powdery, goes on more like an eye shadow consistency. It has a nice hue but does require a little more product to be applied than expected to really show up and highlight. Overall satisfied! I think I’ll try a different shade next time.
