Yes It’s Glowy
One thing to note about this product, it DOES have a glow as other reviewers have mentioned. The way I use this product is on my cheek bones as a finishing powder rather than a setting powder and it will give a soft radiance like a natural highlighter. Think of this product like a an Hourglass Ambient Light powder.
