Great product, terrible packaging

The lotion itself is very nice, not greasy but nourishing. My only caution is the bottle packaging itself. It's a very heavy glass bottle, which I love, but for some reason the pump stops working when there's about 20% product left! So you're stuck taking out the pump and trying to shake the remaining lotion out of the body, which is a pain. I've gotten this twice now and this happened with both bottles. They need to fix the packaging here to make it a truly great product.
