As far as I’m concerned this is the best eye make-up remover out there. Removes mascara and eyeshadow completely with no tugging. I've tried other brands but Clinique excels on this.

Critical for Removing My Makeup

I buy this again and again because it's the only eye makeup remover I trust to do the job. I have bought this about 15 times over the past 3 years. I use it 4 times a week and it gets my waterproof mascara off easily. However, the bottle has leaked on me several times when I fly with it in checked baggage. I have started putting it in mini shampoo bottles when I fly.
