Its perfect and exactly what I was looking for!
Tbh I didn’t have high hopes, but this purchase surprise me, this product feels luxe and it actually does what states the spatula w/ bristles doesn’t only apply the polish but can be used as a scrub. It is actually a scrub with nice minty and very small sugar grains and tiny amount goes a long way.

YES, it is worth the price!
This is my all-time favorite favorite lip scrub. Nothing else compares to it. It is a deeply exfoliating and hydrating scrub, yet it's incredibly gentle. It barely feels like I'm exfoliating when I use it. It is absolutely worth the price, and I will buy it again and again. It seems like you only get super small amount, but it lasts quite a while. I'm still only halfway through mine and I've used it every day for 2 months.
